AUSTRIA & GERMANY FAILURE OF AUSTRIAN HEIR'S MISSION.
STRAINED RELATIONS FOLLOW. (TIMES AND STDNBT 'SUN SERVICES.) LONDON, 26th January. Rome has been informed that the Austrian Crown Prince's trip to Berlin failed to yield the expected results. The Prince met with a cold reception, only one officer receiving him at the station. The relations between the two courts are strained.
