SYDNEY, 26th January. In connection with the lawsuit At-torney-General versus Williams, arising out of the action of the New South Wales Government in diverting Government House, Sydney, from the use of the Governor-General to a State purpose, the dismissal of the appeal establishes the claim of the New South Wales Government to do what it likes with its own property.
