FIFTH MERCHANTMAN , TORPEDOED. (TIMES AND SYDNEY SUN SERVICES.) LONDON, 25th January. The desire to carry out Grand Admiral yon Tirpitz's threat (to blockade England by means of submarines) has not been wanting, although up to the present its expression has not been strikingly successful.
