OFFICIAL REPORT. AUSTRIAN 1 ACTIVITY IN THE CARPATHIANS. PETROGRAD, 26th January. Official.— "The Russians, northward of Rawa, destroyed, an armoured motorcar, which had been bombarding their position. "Greater activity is noticeable among the Austrians in the Dukla 'and other passes in the Carpathians. "German prisoners state that the German public is kept in ignorance of the Russian victories in Bukowina."
