THE HUNTLY DISASTER
A RUMOUR DENIED. (II IBLBdRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) HOKITIKA, This Day. It having been reported here that Mr. R. M'Kenzie was defending the Government over tho Huntly disaster, Mr. T. Seddon enquired as to the truth of tho statement, and received tho flowing reply : —"Condemning tho Government and holding them responsible for tho Huntly accident at all my meetings. No truth in rumour you refer to. (Signed) Roderick M'Kenzie, Wakefield."
