(PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Messrs.- John Reid and Sons, through the Evening Star office, contribute £100 in aid of the local subscription for the purchase of horses, or as' otherwise required, for the New Zealand expeditionary force. The Otago Hunt Club have offered to place at the disposal of the Government 150 mounted men for any emergency that may arise. A large number of applications have been received for enrolment in the National Reserve, which has risen from 500 to 1000 in a few days.
