LORD BRASSEY'S "ARREST"
DETENTION ONLY, AND COURTEOUS TREATMENT. (By Telegraph— Press Association.— Copyright.) BERLIN, ?,?th June. Lord Brassey declared that he was not arrested at Kiel, .but was treated courteously\ and detained for a few minutes as the mutual explanations were unintelligible. He afterwards dined with the Kaiser. SETTLED BETWEEN KAISER AND LORD BRASSEY. (tIJIES AND SYDNEY SUN SERVICES.) (Received June 29, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON. 28th June. The German press has been informed that the Lord Brassey incident was settled personally between the Kaiser and Lord Brassey.
