Mr. Champ Clark, Speaker of tho House of Representatives, told a. depulation of the National Woman's Suffrage Association that the suffrage was as inevitable as the rising sun. For thousands of years men had been trying to run the World, and some people thought they had made a mess of it. lie hoped when women ran it they would improve it.
