AT EXPENSE OF AUSTRIA
SERVIA'S DIPLOMATIC TRIUMPH. CONCORDAT WITH THE VATICAN. (Bj Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) ROME, 27th June. Servia has achieved a great diplomatic triumph at the expense of Austria. She has signed a concordat with the Vatican establishing an Archbishopric at Belgrade with jurisdiction over Roman Catholics within the old frontiers, nnd a Bishopric at Uskub, whose jurisdiction will extend over the new territories ceded to Kervia under the Peace Treaty. Tho Austrian religious _ protectorate over Catholics is thus abolished, excepting over edifices built by Austria. There are many in North Albania, including the Albanian districts allotted to Servia by treaty.
