BLOCKING THE WAY INSURGENTS' DECISION PRINCE WILLIAM MUST ABDICATE.
(By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received Jime 29, 10 a.m.) DURAZZO, 28th Juno. A British officer (Colonel Phillipp), Interviewed the insurgent chiefs. The latter reiterated that Prince William must abdicate the Throne of Albania. They said they were willing to negotiate on secondary points and did Hot •intend to attack Durazzo, owing to the presence of foreigners. However, they were determined not to abandon their arms. The insurgents' insistence on a Mohammedan sovereign is regarded as blocking the way to peace. PRENK BIBDODA DOING WELL. PREPAE.ATIONS~FOR ATTACK ON PRESIJA. (Received June 29, 10.5 a.m.) DURAZZO, 28th June. The Chief Prenk Bibdoda carried the entrenchments defended by five hundred rebels. Prenk Bibdoda is now preparing to attack Prefiija, which is strategically important in connection with his advance en Shiak.
