TURKEY AND GREECE
A WORKING ARRANGEMENT. (By Telcgrapn.— .Press Association.— Copyright.) LONDON, 27th June. The Daily Telegraph's Smyrna correspondent reports that Talaat Pasha, Turkish Minister of tho Interior, and M. Venezelos, Prime Minister of Greece, have reached a working arrangement which has averted a conflict. Greece accepts Turkey's proposed interchange of prisoners.
