The monthly button a*id silver ball competition played at the Waiwctu Golf Club's links on Saturday afternoon was won by P. A. Glennie, with a net score of 80. The ground was heavy, and against brilliant scoring. The best cards returned were: — P. A. Glennie, 100*2080; E. Holmwood, 103-20-83 ; G. F. Judd, 107-20-87.
