INTER-CLUB MATCHES HUTT BEATS WELLINGTON. The match between teams representing the Wellington and Hutt Golf Clubs, played upon the Hutt Club's links on Saturday afternoon, resulted in a win for the local exponents by six games. Out of thirteen games played, Hutt won eight and Wellington two, three being halved.' A. D. S. Duncan, of the Wellington Club, was in fine form, doing the round in 72 in his game against R. C. Kirk. 3?ollowing are tho results of the different games, the names of the Hutt players being given first in each instance : — E. C. Kirk lost to A. D. S. Duncan, 7 down and 6 to play ; J. L. Climio beat H. 11 . IT. Balneavis, 1 up; L. D. Hurst beat L. C. Hales, 5 up arid 4 to play; .J. JJ. Callendei- beat A. F. Roberts, 1 up; C. G. Allan beat 0. T. George, 2 up and 1 , to play ; W. Bvodrick bent M. W. Higginson, 1 up; A. H. L. Treadwell beat A. E. Whyte, 2 up and 1 to play; G. C. Schmidt and J. Marchbanks, all square ; T. 11. Dawson lost to C. J. Nathan, 1 down ; W. S. G. Paton beat E. J. Reid, 2 up and 1 to play; A. B. Williams and C<. If. Fell, all square ; F. F. Wills and W. E. Russell, all square; T. M. Wilford beat A. S. Biss. 5 up and 4 to play.
