SEQUEL TO SALE OF AN ESTATE LEGISLATORS AS LAND AGENTS N.S.W. CABINET HOLDS A LONG SITTING. (Bj Telegraph.— Press Association,- -Copyricht.) (Received June 27, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. Recently Mr. Osborne. a member of the Legislative Assembly, and Mr. (!. A. Jones, an ex-member, sued the i^&cnt for the sale of the Boorabil Estate to the Government for closer' settlement purposes,, for £200 commission. The verdict was in plaintiffs' favour. As a result of press criticisms regarding legislators , acting as agpnls, Cabinet, at a protracted sitting, decided to appoint a Royal Commission of Enquiry.
