FORBES.— On the 28th May, 1914, James Forbes, second son of J. B. Forbes, Hntaitai, accidentally drowned in Hutt River at Silverstream, aged 34 years; deeply regretted. DAWSON.— On the 17th June, at Nireaha, Vernon, only son of Leonard Dawson; aged 3 years and 2 months. CLARKE.— On the 25th June, 1914, at No. 14, Tully-street, Kilbirnie, Victor Clerald, youngest son of G. B. and A. B. Clarke; aged 24 years. ADAMS.— On the 2"th June, at the Wellington Hospital, Henry Adams, late of , 74, Taraimki-street, in his 78th year. Private interment.
