Among the best of recent humorous verse is Mr. Wilfrid Blair's "La Muse S' Amuse " One piece, called "Potted Parnassus," is a marvel of ingenuity, and his volume also contains the following stately sonnet, "Sartorial" :—: — Dear Sir, yet once more must \se pluck the pen, And once more write you with lore'd fingers rude.
