APPLICATION FOR ITS REMOVAL Judgment was given yesterday afternoon by tho Chief Justice. Sir Robert Stout, on. tho application of tho Spring Creek River Board to enforce an in. junction against the Lower Wadrau Rive) Board against tho continuance , of « groyne in the bed of tho Wairau R-ivew It was stated at tho hearing that thj groyne had tho effect of preventing walel from flowing into the Opawa Rivon His Honour made an opdor that thl groyne up to a certain point be removed and that if the order is not carried oul the Court would proceed further.
