KRUPP'S CONTRIBUTION. (By Telegrnlrti.-JTefcß Association.— Copyright.) BERLIN. 20th May. The Krupp family is paying £430,000 as its contribution to the German war levy. Of this amount, Fraulein Bertha Krupp and her husband pay £345,000.
Registration of Butcher. Reed, and Co., Ltd., Wellington, is reported by the Mercantile Gazette. The company has a capital of £7600 in £1 shares. The subscribers are : T. W, Butcher, 4000 fully paid up and 1250 contributing; R. G. Rood. 2250 contributing, Objects ; To acquire Hie business of manufacturers' agents* now carried ou by T, W, Butcher
