Regarding the Seertuche fight, reports state that one General and thirty-two members of the staff "Were executed immediately. AT NIAGARA FALLS. PEACE MEDIATORS MEET. . (Received May 21, 1.10 p.m.) NIAGARA FALLS, 20th May. The peace mediators have convened tho first session, and are discussing the matter of procedure. Tho delegates were officially welcomed by the Mexican Ambassador.
