■ AN AVIATOR'S PROJECT. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received May 21, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 20th May. The Pall Mall Gazette states that Mr. Hamel is preparing to make a non-stop fly across the Atlantic at the end of July, utilising a specially adapted Martinsyde monoplane of 200 horsepower, which will maintain a speed of eighty miles an hour.
