(»1 TELBOJUPH.— SPECIAL TO THE PORT.) OTAKI, This Day. R. C. Kirk proved the winner of Mr. Byron Brown's trophy given to the Golf Club for a Bisque bogey competition. To.tnlin and Poderin tied for second place. On Saturday next the Otaki and Levin Clubs try conclusions. It. has been ascertained that Mrs. Susannah Ackorman, who was burned to death in tho recent fire at Wellington, was recently a resident of this district.
