ALLEGED CUSTOMS FRAUD
♦ ANOTHER CHARGE. (BY TBLSORAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCIiyriiis Day. In the Supreme Court to-da-y James Edward Rundlo. landing waiter, appeared on three charges of theft from Barlow Brothers. He' pleaded not guilty. The crown said the case had arisen from Customs frauds. The Crown alleged that Rundle acted in collusion with Norman Barlow, employed by the firm, in passing false entries in regard to tobacco. The case is proceeding.
