I To provide necessary additional accommodation at the Government Printing Office, Cabinet has authorised the calling of tenders for works which will involve an expenditure of about £15,000. Owing to pressure of work in the head office of the Education Department, applications are being invited by tho Public Service Commissioners for bhe position of Assistant Inspector of Secondary Schools, who will hold office for six months only. The public is invited to the Town Hall this evening to witness.the Victoria College presentation of graduands.. which has an academic interest. General Sir lan Hamilton will be present and will make a short address. The Prime Slinister has also accepted, an invibabion to be jn'esent. The function is quite distinct j'rorti. the one to be held to-morrow evening in the Town Hall.
