FINED FOR CARELESSNESS
TWO DOCTORS. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— CJopyrieht.) (TIMES AND SYDNEY SUN SERVICES.) BERLIN, 18th May. Drs. Spohr and Bacheur, both anti vaccinationists, have been fined heavily for carelessness in treating smallpox patients. Dr. Spohr is ill, and it is believed that he has infected others.
