Aruake and First Consul ran seven furlongs in lmin Msec, finishing together. Rod Book and Cheddar did six furlongs in lmin 18iiec, Princess Moutoa, five furlongs in lmin 3A(sec, Peroiiilla half-a-milo in G26cc. BruAiewick a similar performance. Postillion five furlongs in lmin 3£eec, Leonta the* ]a=.t six furlongs of a. mile and. a-half in lmin 20sec, Goodwin Park a mile in lmin oOsec. and Kaniki half-a-milo in Ateec. Passive and Loolanter jumped two of the big fences fairly well.
