(BY TELFGIUPH.— PHBSB ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Susan Hobbs, a mairied woman, was to-day fined 40s on each of three charges of shop-lifting. The police said she walked into shops, threw an overcoat over her arm, and binz.enly walked out. The husband is a respectable man. . The practice of shop-lifting is prevalent here.
