WAIRARAPA PRESBYTERY

At- the last meeting of the Wairarapa Presbytery the Rev. G. K. Stowell (moderator) reported on visitations *nf C'arterton and Masberton charges, and commission's findings, whicu were adopted and ordered to be read to the congregations. It was stated that the congregations of Masterton, Cartorton, Wairarapa South, Pahiatua, and Pongaroa had contributed towards the "Every Member Campaign" £220^ and that subscriptions were still coming in. Rev. A. T. Thompson etatcd that steady progress was being mad© in connection with the guarantee fund for the purpose of supporting a missionary in the foreign field. Mr. Hodson, home missionary at Eketahuna, was welcomed. The Rev. G. K. Stowell was appointed to visit Ekeluhuua. The Rev. A. Grant, of Dannevirke, was nominated as moderator for tho General Assembly of 1914. The Revs. A. T. Thompson, G. K. Stowell, and M. "B. Harris (ministers), and Messrs. Feist, Wingate, and Blqmfield (elders) were appointed commissioners to tho General Assembly at Chrietchuroh next _ month. 'Ihe R©v.
