STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION
Th© Wellington I.C.S. Students' Association, which has rooms in M^lrose Chambers, Dixon-ati-eet, has been in existence for a year, and has been a useful aid to members. The association aims at bringing students into closer intimacy with ea«h other, and to secure social recognition and acknowledgment by other institutes. During the past year visits were paid to the following' workfe : — Petone Woollen Mills, Government Railway Workshops, Government Printing Department, Wellington Gas Company's works, Tramway Power House, Electric Lighting Power Station, Telephone Exchange, and the Wireless Station. Lectures were given to members of the aeso-ciatie-n by Mr. Morton, City Engineer, Mr. i E&rnshaw, and others, while the annual dinner and ball were successfully carried out. The annual meeting takes place next <reek.
