The Prime Minister (General Botha), speaking afc Heidelberg, said the Government w&ti blamed for allowing emigrants to pass South Africa and go to Australia, but none would welcome the right sort of immigration wore than the Nationalists. The immigration would receive the Government's attention when the proper machinery was in order.
