The Insurance Commissioners propose that the remuneration pf dpptors under the Act be "left" to the local committees, whp yil| h^ve the option of paying capi tation or payment for attendances. It is expected that the doctors will apcept any arrangement secuimg an "average of 7s 6d per attendance.
