m POEIRUA CLUB'S MEETING. The second annual k meeting of the Porirua Rugby Football Club was held on evening, Mr. Mould presiding. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £5 15s 2d. Officers for the' season were elected as follows :— Patron, Mr. W. H. D. Bell, M,P. ; president, l>r. Hassell ; vice-presidents, Dr. Gray, Mr. A. Nicol, Mr. F. Bradey, Mr. A. M'Kenzie, Mr. G. Wilkes, Mr. Dowdall, Mr. W. Conrick, Mr. T. Clarke, Mr. D. Dickey, Mr. C. N«wman, Mr. W. Angel, .Mr. Mason, Mr. Prosser, MrsO'Halloran, and Mrs. Benson; club captain, Mr. H. Buick; field captain, Mr. D. Prosser J hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. Curtinj management committee, Messrs. W. Schoch, D. Prosser, W. Mould, H. Buick, R. Dowdall, F. Goldsmith, R. , M'Taggart, W. Ryan, J. Curtin ; selection committee, Messrs. H. Buick, W. Mould, J. Curtin. It was decided to play in the junior grade this season.
