PETERSBURG, 21st March, Persia has given a satisfactory reply to the Anglo-Russian Note. [Tho Anglo-Russian Note, presented, last month, offered Persia a loan, of 45200,000. A considerable- proportion, of the loan, it is proposed, shall be expended on the gendarmerie. . Britain's quota is to be expended on restoring order in the south. The Note did not mention the withdrawal of the Russian 1 troops.]
