Oil Friday evening, about six o'dock, Mr. Hedley Abbott, of Pa,reora, was motoring with two frienda— Mesere, Hani son and fiaynes— a^nd collided witk & j horee and trap near the Pareora River. The trap was smashed, ami the car much damaged. The driver of the trap had his collarbone broken, and Mr. Hanson was cut about the face, and had some teeth knocked out. Tile others Were unhurt. The accident happened at a corner where it is the habit of traffic both ways to ehave the cornpr.
