Fisher, Canadian Minister for Agriculture, ie campaigning in the Quebec province. In a speech, he attacked the Opposition, declaring that tllat party was preaching a. doctrine of timidity and cowardice by refusing to accept the Reciprocity Agreement. He accused Mr. Sifton, an ex-supporter of the Laurier Government, who recently seceded from the party, of cowardice in raking the annexation cry. That cry, eaid Mr. Fisher, wa» utterly baseless. Sir Wilfrid Lfttfrier had declared that if he was defeated on the Reciprocity question his Heart would break.
