Carson and his wife for extras in connection with the erection of a dwelling for defendants, wafl concluded before Dr. M'Arthur, S.M., on Saturday. The defendants colinterclaimed for £72 iCte 6d, the cost of altering windows, etc., alleged to be not in accordance with plane. Mr. E. J. Filzgibbon appeared for plaintiffs i and Mr. Arnold for defendants. Decision will be given oil Thursday.
