SOUTHERN SIBERIAN RAILWAY.
ESTIMATED COST, FIFTEEN * MILLIONS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received February 27, 9 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 26th Feb. The Government intends to buili a Southern Siberian railway, the- reute being along the Urals by way of Orenburg, Akmolinsk, and Semipplatinsk. Tho railway will cost fifteen millions sterling.
