SUGGESTED AMENDMENTS OF RULES. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 25th February. The County Cricket Advisory Committee has adopted Somerset's proposal to allow five points for a win in a completed county match, and three for leaders in the first innings if the match is not completed. It has also agreed to Surrey's proposal not to allow trial balls if both batsmen are at the wickets. Tho committee postponed consideration of Yorkshire's proposal for lizniti ing matches to two days.
