WHERE THE BALLOON WAS LEFT. (Received October 19, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, 18th October. Mr. Wellman and his crew abandoned the balloon east of Cape Hatteras, half way to Bermuda. [The Wellman party consists of Mr.. Wellman, Mt.
