Kuku Karaitiana a native, owes unsecured creditors £620; Timothy Donovan, labourer, of Martinborough, has a deficiency of ; £184 ; while at present H. T. F. Harding's position is not known. i .. The cricket championship matches — ~ senior and junior — commence on Satur- .. day next. The Boy Scout movement is growing in the Wairarapa. At present there are patrols in every centre, with a very strong body of Girl Scouts at Greytown. The Masterton V.M.C.A. has now four patrols in connection with its boys' department.
