Lutz v. John Jacobsen, defendant, was ordered to pay a debt of £5 2s Bd, en or before the 16th inst., in default seven days' imprisonment. In the case M. Ryan v. T. Hatvey, a debt of £24 10s, defendant was ordered to pay by weekly instalments of 7s 6d. Taraua Utiku Marumaru was ordered to pay Scoullar Co., Ltd., a debt of £66 14s lOd forthwith, in default one month's imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended if £33 7s 5d be paid on the 30lh inst., and the balance on the 20th December. Duncan^ Campbell was ordered to pay the Mjvketawa Dairy Company £6 5s lid, on or before the 16th inst., in default seven days' imprisonment. Xo orders were made as follow: — G. Rebora v. H. Martin, a debt of £5 Os 6d ; same v. J. Combe, a debt of £3 3s 3d.
