[UY TEM.GBAPH — PBES3 ASSOCIATION.] INVERCARGILL, Ist November. Victor Emannnal yon Tunzelmann pleaded guilty to the theft of £29 from the Friendly Societies' Dispensary, to setting fire to the premises, and attempting to chloroform Robert Pollock, the manager. The accused had been employed as an apprentice in the dispensary, and resigned two months ago. AH the stolen money has beon accounted for. Accused wan committed to Uis (supremo Court for sentence!*
