Lady Aberdeen, wife of a former Governor-General of Canada, in opening the International Congress of Women at Toionto, emphasised the vast potentialities of such comradeship. THE NEXT MEETING. (Received June 19, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 18th June. Miss Baker has invited the Congress to hold its next quinquennial meeting in Australia.
