CONDITIONAL BEQUESTS. SORRY BAPTIST DEACONS.

The late Mr. Sims, a philanthropist of Cheltenham, who had greatly befriended the local Baptist Church, bequeathed each of its nine deacons, if he should happen to attend testator's funeral, the sum of £100. None attended. The term.* of the will were disclosed yesterday.
