It is said that in the eighties tho Goolds lived in Pimlico, where they woro married. Mrs. Gcold's maiden name was Violeta Wilkinson. She was .1 costumier trading under the style Madame Made Violet Girodin. The marriage took place in 1891. While, at Bayswater Mrs. Goold was heard to hint at some day possessing a title. Whether they wei'3 incapable of continuing their lux urious habits on the proceeds of the business, or merely actuated by 0 desire for change, docs not appear quite clnar, but jn 1892 they wont to Montreal, and on a return visit, three yeai3 later, spoke of having established a prosperous business there. Some years later, and up to eighteen months ago, a couple answering to their description in every way, lived in Adelaido-terraco, Waterloo, no.r Liverpool.
