O' DIVIDEND DECLARED. PRESENTATION TO THE MANAGER. By Telegiaph.— Press Association.— Cop.vright. ' (Received July 20, 10.10 a.m.") SYDNEY, This Day. At the half-yearly meeting .of the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney the profits n ere announced to be £97,600. A dividend of 10 per cent, was declared, £20,000, Iras added to leserve, and £27,600 carried forward. In commemoration of his sixty years' connection with the bank, it was decided to present Mr. uibbs, the general manager, with a service of plate, and to have his portrait f hung in the bank.
