Cable advice has been received that at tho annual general meeting of the Talisnwi Consolidated, Limited, held in Loudon on Thursday, the resolutions of tl.o boara of directors wore carried by a majority of 7000 shares. Proxies representing 104,000 shares from colonial shaieholders would not reach London in time for tho meeting, which was held a month earlier than last year. A dividend of Is per share is payable to day.
