Dwan Bros, have completed, on behalf of a hyndicate, tho purchase from the executors in tho estate of the late Elijah Wilton the well-known Ohiro homestead, consisting of 259 acres, tho price paid to tho Wilton Estate being £21,000. The property reaches from tho Happy Valley-road down to near the Levin Home, Britomart-street on the west, and on the north adjoihs E. W. Mills-road to the Brooklyn and Vogeltown end. The property will be subdivided, and placed on tho market in building sites as soon as the necessary surveys , have been made.
