PROPOSED IMPERIAL CELEBRATION. [press association.] (Received October 22, 10.6 a.m..) LONDON, 21st October. Lord Brassey (formerly Governor of Victoria) and other influential persons aTe promoting an Imperial celebration of the centenary of Nelson's death in October, 1905. Tho British and Foreign Sailors' Society, of which the Prince of Wales if> patron, hopes to raise a Nelson Memorial Fund of at least £50,000 for the benefit of seamen.
