The report and balance-sheet of the Electrio Gold Dredging Company for the yeitr ended 31st August has been circulated. The amount of gold won during the period was valued at £23,111 8s lid, as against £17,695 18s 9d in the previous year. Dividends to the amount of 13s per share were paid during the year, and £652 10s added to the reserve hind. During the two years of the company's existence 23s per share has bean paid in dividends.
