MURDER OF A MILLIONAIRE.
[fbess association.] (Received April 4, 9.21 a.m.) Ni^.v YORK, 3rd April. It is now alleged that William Rice, the millionaire, who died at New York in 1900, was murdered. Rice's valet, Jones, has made a confession which states that Rice's attorney, Patrick, instigated Jones to hold a towel saturated with chloroform to Rice's face for half an hour. Patrick and Jones have been arrested and charged with murder.
